OneDa – BAD

OneDa wrote, performed and produced “BAD” entirely on her own, and the whole track is built around one idea: she’s bad, and nothing that happens is going to talk her out of it.

She’s described it as a mantra, something to hold onto when things get shaky: “seasons may change but through it all I remain BAD.” It’s about knowing who she is and refusing to let anyone else’s timeline change that.

“BAD” got its first radio play on BBC Radio 6 Music from Craig Charles. I don’t need the co-sign to tell me it works, but it’s a nice confirmation that a song this direct about self-worth can also just bang.
